You're the person who gets a trades owner fully live and dispatching in 48 hours. You know how a field business runs. You move fast. And you don't hand off a client until their trucks are running on Shwego.

What you'll do
  • Own the 48-hour migration — accounts, locations, job history, and dispatch board, rebuilt and live.
  • Train the owner and their team on the board they'll live in every morning.
  • Be the owner's direct line during go-live — cell number and all.
  • Feed what you learn on the front line back into product.
Who you are
  • You understand how a trades business runs — dispatch, routing, crews, and the rhythm of a busy shop.
  • You move fast and finish — a half-live migration isn't done.
  • You're calm and clear with owners, dispatchers, and techs alike.
  • Bonus: you've worked in or around a trade — drain, pest, septic, HVAC, plumbing.
