Job Description

shwego™ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring new clients have a smooth transition to our software platform. Your responsibilities will include customizing the software instance to meet client specifications, transforming and importing client data into the shwego™ system, and providing comprehensive training to ensure clients are confident using our software.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting new shwego™ clients with onboarding and transitioning to the software platform
  • Customizing software features and settings based on each client’s specific needs
  • Transforming client data into a compatible format for import
  • Importing client data into the shwego™ system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Training clients on how to effectively use the software, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient
  • Answering client questions and providing ongoing support as needed

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with Excel and data management
  • Experience working with cloud-based software platforms
  • Strong customer relations and communication skills
  • A college degree is required

Salary + Benefits
