Is shwego™ easy to use, even if I’m not tech-savvy?
Yes! Our system was designed for simplicity. We are constantly evaluating our software to make it more user-friendly.
Can I customize the software to fit the unique needs of my business?
Yes! We have several customizations to make the software “yours”. From creating a custom pricebook to customizing dropdown menus and quote/invoice branding, our software is designed to fit into your existing business process. Our team will help you customize the software too!
Can I move my customer data from another software program?
Yes, you can move your customer data from another system into shwego™. Our software allows you to import your existing customer information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and more. This makes the transition to shwego™ seamless, so you can start organizing and managing your customer relationships right away.
Do I need to install anything, or is it fully cloud-based?
shwego™ is a cloud-based software platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You do not need to download any applications on your computer or devices as you can access the software from any web browser with an internet connection.
Can I use shwego™ on mobile devices or tablets?
Yes! You can access shwego™ from any web browser with an internet connection. You can use a tablet or a phone with cell service or you can connect to a hotspot from your wireless tablet. We are planning to launch a mobile application in Q1-2025.
How long does onboarding take?
We can have you up-and-running within 24-48 hours after you become a client!
Is training in person or over the computer?
For local clients within a 50-mile radius, we prefer to do training in person. If you are located in another area, we can easily train you and your team virtually.
Are there any additional fees for updates or new features?
No! At shwego™, we are committed to offering our clients all future features and updates at no additional cost. The only exception would be our payments processor integration where our clients pay a transaction fee to the payment processor for processing credit, debit, and ACH transactions.
How can I customize estimates and invoices to reflect my business branding?
Absolutely! shwego™ allows you to customize your quotes and invoices with your company’s logo and branding. This feature helps you present a professional image to your customers, ensuring that every document reflects your business’s identity. Custom branding is included in our straightforward, flat pricing plan, so there are no extra fees to worry about.
Are there any long-term contracts, or is it a month-to-month service?
All of our contracts are month-to-month. Our clients can cancel service at any time, providing a 30-day notice to us.
What happens to my data if I decide to cancel my subscription?
Our system allows you to export your data into Excel or CSV format. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you can export your data ahead of time and take it with you.
